Project Overview

Custom Patches by MJ is an e-commerce platform designed to offer custom embroidery patches for individuals, teams, and organizations. The objective of this project was to develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, and fully functional WordPress website that streamlines the process of ordering custom patches online. Our goal was to create a website that reflects the brand’s creativity, enhances customer experience, and drives online sales.

Requirement Analysis & Planning:


We conducted a series of discovery calls with the client to fully understand their vision, target audience, and primary goals. Based on the client’s input, we created a detailed project plan with a timeline and list of deliverables.

Design & Wireframing:
Our design team created wireframes and prototypes to visualize the website layout. We presented multiple design concepts to the client for feedback and approval. The final design focused on bold visuals, clear navigation, and a customer-first user experience.

Development:

  • Custom WordPress Theme: We developed a custom WordPress theme tailored to the client’s brand.
  • Customization Tool: We integrated a third-party patch design tool, allowing users to customize their patches live on the website.

  • Forms & Lead Capture: Custom inquiry forms were created using the Contact Form 7 plugin.

We optimized all images, headings, and meta descriptions for SEO. We wrote SEO-optimized content for the homepage, product pages, and blog to increase organic traffic.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

Launch & Post-Launch Support:
